Internet Gambling In U.S. Still Questionable

Rep. James Leach is the author of the controversial bill - the HR 21. This bill is going to ban using all credit cards and other various ways of paying in order to gamble. The bill is going to be voted in the House of Rep. soon.  The act will be probably put on a “suspension calendar”. This fact will shorten the time of waiting for the voting (the necessery majority for enacting the bill will be 2/3). There are some people who are against the Leach’s bill. Two members of the House of Representatives are going to introduce the bill that will legalize online gambling in U.S.A.
