The affluent casino developer, Donald Trump, and Frontier hotel casino owner, Phil Ruffin, will build together a 60-story, 300–unit upper-class condominium tower next to Trump Tower Las Vegas, situated in neighbourhood of the Las Vegas Strip. The $60 million Turnberry Place and the $120 million Park Towers are along the lines of what is expected of Trump and Ruffin´s joint project. The Towers and Turnberry Place are aimed at the upper class customers. The casinos offer breathtaking views, 24-7 service, private elevators, limousines and much more. No wonder that the exclusive condominiums cost a fortune, with prices ranging from $500,000 to $5 million (and even more). But it´s a very small piece of pie for the real-estate buyers market. It´s all about image and how the condominium influences your life and the lifestyle you want to lead. Lifestyle living is a wish, not a need.
